South Africa (Local): 2–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days

MONOZUKURI is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, MONOZUKURI is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Once an order has been shipped, MONOZUKURI is responsible to replace lost or stolen packages.
