Returns & Refunds

All MONOZUKURI pieces are produced in limited quantities and pre-order formats. Because of this, all sales are considered final.

Returns
Returns are only accepted if the item received is incorrect or defective. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be worn at least once (which was for testing), unwashed and still in original condition.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be fulfilled or if an item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is on our end.

Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are made to order. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
